After training calorie loss?

I dont recall the official name, but they were saying something like this:

every type of excersize has a different amount of calories it burns off for 24/48 hours after doing the excersize, eg: stationary bike and weights are different in that aspect too.
and its not neccessarily the one which burns of the most during the excersizing

which excersizes burn the most calories after the excersize?

you lift weights.

basic stuff.
you can start off with 2 pounds or even cans of food or water bottles and then move on to heavier things.

you can try you tube for some workouts. or something like spark people or prevention website for workouts.

how long should weight lifting sessions be?

and can I use my body as the weight for pushups?

are squats included?

yes definitely squats pushups. sit ups crunches all are good as part of the workout.
Something like bicept curls and other hand movement best to do at the same time as a squat or lunge.

and I think about 20 minutes is good but maybe even as little as 10 would work.

not sure if you would do a DVD with non jewish music but if you want something short and very effective I highly recommend Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

I've done a lot of workouts and lost more than 50 pounds. I found this the most effective workout. In just 20 minutes a day you get it all done. You may feel like you are going to die in the beginning but it does get easier.

oh.. crunches are like sit ups but you don't sit all the way up.
bicept curls is one way to lift hand weights

by other hand movements I meant tricept curls etc.
do a search for pictures or on you tube for the proper way to do it.

sure you just do that while squatting or while lunging. but it's really important that you do your squats and lunges properly so that you don't hurt yourself so make sure your form is correct.
