Call them. Lots of places here are lax about answering emails (don't know why).

the time difference makes its so hard to call everyone! 
In case anyone else in interested the machom hamikdah museum does english tours everyday (Sun-Thurs) at 3:15pm. You dont need advance reservations, just show up about 3pm
