Where can I buy Blazers and suits for a Bar Mitzvah boy if I am not living in NY?

I've looked at Old Navy, Gap, Land's End, French Toast, Macy's and many more - they either have the Navy blue uniform Blazer or really expensive designer stuff.

Is there anywhere online I can get reasonable prices?
