I used this woman once to add material onto skirts. Her name is Indra: 718- 439-3920.
Not sure if she's still around. I got her name from a friend who had her do other clothing for her, shells, shirts, maybe a suit. Not sure if she ever did dresses or if the number still works but call her and ask.
I used her because she was a fraction of the price of all the Flatbush people. I believe it was like $10 or less to add material to the bottom of a skirt, when everyone was charging $30. If price is an issue, I would go to her.
She was located in the lower Boro Park Avenues. Maybe even a little out of Boro Park toward the lower avenues. If you use her, let me know how it goes!
