I found out about this place a little while ago. I looked at their website and it sounds interesting. Has anyone here seriously looked into it and know anything about it beyond what the website says?

It only exists on paper at the moment so I don't think anyone can know what it will really be like. I heard that a group of people from the 5 Towns bought already but don't if that's true

Just know that the advertisement about it being 10 minutes from the kosel is extremely exaggerated.
It's a good 45 minutes if there is no traffic.

Where does it say 10 minutes from the Kosel? The ads I see say it's 12 minutes from Jerusalem - probably the edge of Ramot - which sounds accurate.

I live in the "old" Givat Zeev
yes they are slightly lying when the ads Ive seen say 10 mins from center of Jerusalem
more like 10 minutes just to shopping center IN givat zeev!
Also theres hardly enough busses that go there and I feel bad for the families with lots of kids who wait in the sun for a bus to come by, so Id reccomend to have a car
Its super beautiful here, GL!

It doesn't look like construction has even started yet so it may be awhile

Check out the banner on the top of Yeshiva World - it says:
The American Dream, 10 Minutes from the Kosel!

As for how long it will take - I was in the new Givat Zev (Agan H'Ayalot) and someone pointed to the mountain across the valley from us and said that's where Ramat Givat Zev will be. Right now it is just a mountain.
I heard that it isn't possible to build buildings on it, so they had to zone it for private houses. Anyone who lives there will need to have a car.

Does it connect to the 443? And if someone would live in ramat givaat zeev would they have to drive through all rhe older givat zeevs in order to leave?

Only to the direction of Jerusalem, not to Modiin.
