The Bais Yaakov cookbook has a side dish called "Honey Rice." I've never tried it, but I'm assuming that it is sweet!

I just made that! I used brown rice and it came out yummy. It has 2/3 cup honey so it is sweet, but also 1/4 cup soy sauce so a little spicy too. Just cook the rice as usual, and add sauteed onion, mushroom and peppers. Then mix honey and soy sauce together and toss to coat. Enjoy!

The recipe is in this week's Yated Magazine section, if you get it.
It calls for 2 cups rice, uncooked, cooked according to package directions.
I was going to try it with brown rice, but didn't have the time today. I hope to try it for Sukkos IY"H.
