I dont have the recipe here but it was so easy that I remember most of it Smile

One package of frozen mangoes. Crush in food processor and mix with one cup orange juice and one third cup sugar. Pour in 9x13pan and freeze flat.

One package of frozen strawberries. Crush in food processor and mix with one cup orange juice and one third cup sugar. Add to the pan and freeze.

I dont remember the kiwi layer but it was more work cuz you gotta cut them up and freeze it yourself. And there was also a variation for a pineapple layer.

the recipe said to cut it in squares or use a round cookie cutter (and whoever cuts it gets to eat the scraps Wink )

We had it on Yom Tov, and it was very refreshing.

I like the suggestion to freeze chunks of fruit before blending them. This is much easier than most similar recipes which recommend blending, freezing, and blending again.

I did the kiwi layer on the top bec I was waiting for them to ripen and it looks very nice with the black specks.
