Random question--hope you are still checking this thread. Did those cakes in the ice cream cones freeze well? I'm thinking they would be cute for shaloch manos but only if I can freeze them

I froze them, but we haven't tasted them since then. I think it will be fine defrosted; I'm going to serve it to the kids who arrive from OOT at Friday's lunch. Truthfully, my kids didn't even finish eating this item, as they don't care for plain chocolate cake - but it looks absolutely adorable.

mazal tov tranquility and peace. you made such beautiful things, wow. I am planning first of quite a few barmitzvahs BH this year and yu are inspiring me. I hope your bar mitzvah celebrations went smoothly and that you are getting back to normal life just in time for purim and pesach!
