I made a chicken/meat order yesterday, and I didn't want to freeze the fresh items I will be using for Shabbos.
If I prepare chicken/shnitzel today (including baking/frying), can it stay in the fridge for Shabbos lunch? I usually keep things in the fridge only for 24 hours.
Should I freeze it and take it out Friday night to defrost?

I prepare my chicken every thursday and refrigerate it
