Try to find out from the morah what is going on at school.

if there is nothing obvious going on to make your child not want to go, take a look at whats going on with your kid. 3 yr olds can be very picky. Did they have a good breakfast, get enough sleep, are they wearing the shirt they like?
it may sound funny but my dd's school starts at 8 and its so early for her. I used to drag her out of bed to get her on time and it was such a fight. now if we get there at 8:15 or 8:30 some days ive learned to deal and she is much happier.

let her choose a cereal she likes (I dont mean a very sugary one), help pick out the outfit the night before, and the music to listen to in the car.
