All the recipes I've tried end up being crisp on the outside, and airy inside. They r good, but not the soft doughy fluffy kind, like from the bakery.
What is going wrong? Is it the recipe? Something w the oil?
My kids want to make some today, so any help would be great!

are you deep frying them ... are you over rising them ... are you over frying them ... is it a good recipe
