My sister made the mocha cake(I'm almost positive it was from there. ) It was delicious!
I haven't tried any of these recipes, but I've tried others from this cookbook. This is by far my favorite cookbook!

I've made the mocha cake and it came out good. The coffee icing is really yum! Next time I would put it in for about 3 minutes less, but that's probably just my oven.
tonight I made the no fry eggplant. It was pretty good but I thought I would get away with skipping a step by not having to fry it, and instead you have to broil for 5 min on each side. totally not a big deal but I was hoping for quick and simple

I was pondering why on earth you'd want to be amother to post that a cake is in your oven.
I figured it out.
This post has me drooling over this image of mocha cake, and you're afraid I'll knock on your door and demand the whole cake!
Anyway, would someone post that recipe, please? Sounds divine!
