I haven't exercised in a while and want to buy a DVD that is good for women and focuses on beginners. I tried looking into it, but am lost with all the options.
What's your favorite DVD that you would recommend?

You can search on Collage Video and on Amazon and then request them from your library to try the dvd before you buy it. I like Turbo Jam, the Exhale-Core Fusion series, and some of Jillian Michael's dvds. I also liked the dvds I've used by Kelly Coffey-Meyers.

I love Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies set. They are fun because they have really good music and it's more like dancing and less like work. Perfect for beginners.
