Sesame Noodles
1 (16-ounce) package angel hair pasta
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons safflower oil
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1-2 teaspoons hot Chinese chili sauce or crushed red pepper flakes

Goldrose, that recipe is yummy. I love it.
Another sesame oil pasta salad is in the Kosher by Design book in the appetizers section. Its a good one too.
I use sesame oil to make stir fry, its gives it a really good taste. You can also use it if you make Techina.
I am a bit of an oil freak and like to use the healthiest ones around, and sesame oil is one of them! If you google sesame oil, I am sure you will find recipes online!

if you're using toasted sesame oil, beware of using too much. it's very strong and easy to overdo it...I made that mistake in an asian cabbage salad.
I think regular sesame oil has a milder flavor.

I add just a few dashes of sesame oil to green beans and asparagus along with the usual soy and teriyaki-- it gives it lovely nutty flavor.
