I meant to buy kitchen scissors, but I bought kitchen shears. I can return it.
Which one is better for cutting and cleaning chickens?

yes. They have a serated edge so they cut through skin, flesh everything whereas scissors are for paper, card etc.

my kitchen scissors also cut through bones of chicken and stuff, but they arent shears so they are a bit more versatile then shears, which with the serrated edge limits you bit.

I love my kitchen scissors.
I would have to say that and my hand blender are some of the most importnat items in my kitchen.
