I'm thinking about starting out with cloth diapers. The main investment is not a problem as MIL has offered to buy them overseas and bring them if I decide I want them. The decision maker will be if I can get disposable liners here in Israel. If we're going to get them shipped over every time, it will probably end up being as or more expensive than disposable diapers.
So does anyone know if these are sold in Israel? And if so, where?

 I cloth diapered for over a decade without using liners. I had them, but didn't find them helpful nor did they seem terribly comfortable. Half of my reason for cloth diapering was the comfortable cloth diapers against my baby's bottom.
You may be able to find them here, but do you need them?
