Pajamas these days all are polyester fabric (which I'm not crazy about) or snug-fit cotton. My 6 year old son is slim-to-average weight but my 4 year old son is husky- big build, broad, etc.

Can I get my 4 year old snug fit pjs if I go up a few sizes? What do other people do?

What happened to normal pajamas anyway....?
