I just got a ChapItNow e-mail about this and purchased tickets for my family. It's $9 per ticket (usually $16) and it includes a carousel ride.

I saw this deal but it says that you can only use 1 per visit. So if I went with my 3 kids, I'd have to pay full price for 2 of them.
