There is something so unifying about thinking that everyone on here is doing the same thing more or less. Getting rid of chometz, preparing for the Seder.....
At the risk of sounding corny, I just wanted to point that out. No matter where on the grand spectrum of yiddishkeit we are, and what minhagim or chumros we observe, it helps to remember that there is more that unites us than divides us......
Chag Kashur v'sameach to all!

Tweek, not enough to like it. Great minds, I was thinking the same thing. And B"H for this! We unite so well in tragedy, it's heartening to have the feeling of "we're all in it together" in times of simcha too. Iy"H this should continue!

I have had similar feelings while standing in those long lines in the supermarket before a Yom Tov. It is beautiful that so many Jews want to be keeping Pesach no matter what else they do all year.
I have coworkers who talk about shrimp etc all year but wont eat bread for the week of Pesach.
