We are up in the north for Pesach and are thinking of going to Haifa for one of the Chol Hamoed days. Any ideas for things to do with children..10 and under?)

I heard that the technoda - the science museum is quite something, they have some kind of an outer space exhibit that friends of mine took their grandchildren to, and they loved it!
There are the bahai gardens, there used to be a palyam museum with a boat that kids could climb on, and there is the observatory at the university of Haifa if it is open and the Hecht museum at the university.

I think the space exhibit is at MadaTech

Also, the zoos are free over Pesach.
And there is a cable car up to the top of the mountain with beautiful views if you are looking for a short activity.
