my dd just turned 16 and is really over weight, as you can imagine I tried many times to talk her into going to diet center, or anything that has to to with the world of DIET. but now she wants to and is determined. so I need advise
we live in BP which diet center should I make her join? start fresh? or any other you can think of?
she would love to join a gym too. so we are still debating about that too.
any help would be appreciated.

The best thing would be for her to see a nutritionist to help her learn how to eat healthy. Then have her take classes in the Y--she can take swimming classes, dance classes, learn self-defense etc. But whatever you decide to do, do not send her to an adult program like start fresh. she needs to be around people her age instead of adults. good luck!
