Dh will be sleeping over at an old college friend's house for the night. Do we give a gift? I don't think he'll be eating there. He will be sleeping there and leaving early in the morning, though may come back for his things. I don't know.
They happen to be wealthy and have exquisite taste, if that matters...

I would cuz I'm crazy... Not neccasry though. Maybe a homemade cake/pie? No need to spend money on it but the thought is nice

OP here - I don't know why I was anon -
Dh is going by train to their house, so he can't carry homemade stuff with him, it would just get broken or messed up.
