help! I got this recipe here once and was planning on making them today but can't find the recipe. It has ketchup oil and spices but don't remember measurements- anyone have it? soon? TIA!

I've been looking for that recipe too. Wasn't sure it was from here. Did you ever find it?

believe it or not I found it with my pesach recipes. It was such a big hit with my kids that I had written it down in my pesach notebook..that didn't help me for purim but my family enjoyed them over pesach and so did all my neighbors who asked me for the recipe.
3 lbs red potatoes cut into 1/8ths
1/2 C ketchup
1/4 C oil
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t paprika
shake in ziploc
bake @ 350 for over an hour
