how much do party planners in New York charge for a l'chaim in the house for about 200 people? Are flowers included? How about fruit and salad?

I don't want to ask since I am not looking to hire anyone right now and I don't feel it is right to waste anyone's time so I am turning to ima mothers who have used party planners.

When making a L'chaim last year (for 200 ppl). We paid $2000 plus flowers and mashke. This was all sorts of salads, cookies, pastries, chocolates, candies, fresh fruit and vegetables. Set up beautifully and an abundance of food.
