Where to get a black "skirt slip"

Not sure where to get one. Or should I just cut up a slip and add it to the garment?

is a 'skirt slip' the same as a half slip? how about anywhere they sell slips & lingerie ...

I don't get how it's considered tsnius to wear a slip that everyone can see it. it's underwear !
