I'm moving soon IYH into a house that has undergone a nice amount of construction, so it's extremely dusty and grimy. Has anyone used a cleaning crew in the area that they are satisfied with? If so, what are their rates?

Also if anyone has a reasonably priced gardener they are happy with, please provide details!
