I can give you a good painter who won't rip you off but won't be "cheap". He is responsible, won't skimp on materials, sands between coats etc... all the things you want in a painter.
I can also give you a cheap painter. He skimps on Wed paint quality, doesn't sand between coats properly, oh and he scratched up some furniture with his stepladder.
Let me know which one you want. I haven't found anyone who is both , and I did a lot of research.
