We've been living in Israel for ten years and would really like to buy a house but have no idea how to go about getting a mortgage, especially since we don't have any savings to put towards a down payment.
We are looking into moving to the South and have heard that there are special rates for buying in the region, but, again, don't know how to find out about any of them. I've read several articles online about getting a mortgage in Israel but haven't found them to be too helpful.
Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
