Has anyone ever heard of this meat? Is it a soft, moist meat? How would u cook it? What side dish pairs well with it? TIA

I would bake it. I've tasted it cooked the traditional pastrami stovetop way and it wasn't flavorful enough.
Yes, it's soft and moist.
I just prefer unpickled veal better.
