Google brigadeiro recipe, it's a brazilian recipe and it's delicious, you can use it also to fill and cover a chocolate cake, the brigadeiro just cook it a little bit less then called in the recipe and fill and cover the cake when the brigadeiro is hot.

Btw, I looked high and low for sweetened condensed milk in my supermarket yesterday (Rockland Kosher, which is like one of the biggest ones out there). I didn't find any. I looked for the Baker's Choice one that a poster mentioned but it's Sweetened Condensed Cream. Not milk. I don't know if it's the same thing.
