I know that people have gone there. Does it cost money? Is it a fun outing?

There are children's arcades that need tokens. The play area doesn't cost. You can print coupons online like this: (only the bottom one - the rest include non kosher food.)

If you don't like crowds, it's best not to go during times that a lot of families are most likely to be there. Also they serve non kosher pizza and some people are sensitive to the smell. Otherwise, the kids like it, but I think it's most age appropriate for school age kids - not to young and not too old.

Kids love it. And it's relatively cheap. I try going first thing in the morning otherwise it gets quite crowded. If you go any time after that take tylenol before you go.

I recently went to the one in Brooklyn. My 4.5 year old loved the play area and 1 or 2 games (skeeball, feeding the hungry dog) they also had those quarter operated 'rides' that my baby liked and a mini carasaul. I enjoyed the games myself too, they had a range for all ages.

The smell that overwhelms me at the one here is when you walk in, the whole place smells like the carpet contains pee, which is probably does. The pizza I don't notice, but the play area/entrance smells like a daycare that isn't kept very clean. Ditto for the restroom. Eeeww. It is fun for little ones though. My 2 y/o thinks he can play the big driving/flying type games you sit in so that is a waste of a token but each is 25 cents so I let him do it once then show him it isn't fun for him and steer him to the little kid rides.

Personally I think it's strange that a treif place is always full of frum families... I grew up in Lakewood and even as a kid I didn't enjoy going because I felt so weird.
That said, if you're not sensitive to that, it's a fun cheap place for 6-10 yr olds.
