I pay 140 NIS per week. Sun - Thurs = 5 hours, Fri = 3 3/4 hours

Who is running it? A married woman? High school girls? 12 year olds?
At home? In an air-conditioned school building?
Does it include food (e.g. shoko velachmanya)?
At home arts and crafts and trips to the park, or trips to Superland and the like?
What age are the children? Elementary age? 2 year olds?
Is it insured? How many staff per child?
Chareidi? Or MO? In Savyon or in Ramla?
All of these factors totally change the price.
