I can get to the youtube site, but every video is black. The ones that were posted on here are also black to me. I wanted to listen to music and since youtube wasn't working, I found another site for music and they had a small screen video that was from youtube and that worked. No one did anything to the computer to make it all of a sudden stop working. Help please!!

No and I can't blame it on my kids because the only ones who were home at the time were the two youngest and they don't touch the computer without me.

Try AVG free. It may not be that great, but many free "anti-viruses" are just viruses themselves in disguise. AVG is real. Searg AVG free in google, it should come up. It's pretty intuitive to run.
