Someone recently told me about this 'magic' pill, that's 'all natural' - you just take this green coffee bean extract and it makes you loose weight.
I'm not looking to discuss the benefits of a magic pill and how I should just be following some good exercise/diet etc.
I want to know a-if it is Kosher/there is a Kosher brand selling it, and b-if anyone has used it, what their experience has been.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is no such thing as a magic pill. Long term - and that means forever - lifestyle change, including healthy diet, exercise, and different attitude toward food and dieting are the only long-term solutions. Not as fun and simple but guaranteed to work

I just heard about this, and want to try it. Only complaint that I have heard is cramping/diarrhea the first few days. Has anyone taken it and had similar or different effects? Also, what brand pill did you use?

My main concern is the caffeine in it and the ability to make you have sweats, rapid breathing and lower blood pressure if you already have low blood pressure. I was entertaining using it with my Paleo diet to see if it could jumpstart things from my plateau but I am worried about no longterm studies done on the supplement. I don't believe diet should be overlooked either.
