Is Fossil a good brand of watch?

I want to buy something classic, in stainless steel. My budget is around $100

I prefer the first link. I have bought my husband 2 Fossil watches and he has loved them!

I also liked the first one more, because not sure he'd like a choreograph..
Any one else have experience with Fossil? My main worry is it's not dressy enough for Shabbos..
It's difficult choosing a watch online, but makes more sense to order one from the US than buy something less good in Israel
