I had a scoop for cookie dough but it was more trouble than it was worth. the dough always got stuck inside and I was forever spraying it with pam.
the best thing I have found for cookies is to freeze the dough raw in a long skinny log. Then you can just slice it into perfect rounds, defrost and pop it in the oven.
this is a great way to always have fresh cookies on hand.
really really bad for dieting though...
