gah I can't understand their option menu! Everytime I select one option they give me 5 more! How do I get to (an english speaking) agent?!

Get used to it, once you get past the impossible menu you'll probably be on hold for half hour to finally be told by an operator that the only person who speaks English will be in later!
Their service is cheap but they have no concept of customer service
