where can I buy a shell (silky material) for my 18 month old DD that isn't too expensive. Does basic colors sell that small?

Basic colors starts at 3-4 you can get one at shell station or Kiki riki starts at 2

socks and basics in boro park has shells from 18-24 mos I think they're cotton though?

The Shell Station (BP and LKWD) carry most of their shells in that size, I think. They also have some in 18-24 months.
