I am just reposting something that is going around on Facebook I don't have any further details
Someone observed an African American nanny being abusive to an (approximately) 2yr old boy with black hair. He was seen near kings highway and Coney Island ave. in a black bugaboo stroller light blue canvas canopy with inner stripes.
