Read the book "how to get your kid to eat but not too much" by ellyn sater. It changed my life. I had more or less the same issues

The Trader Joe's near us sells Scroll-K (Denver Vaad) goat's milk. Might be worth checking. I haven't really seen other products there, although I haven't looked, either.

Why would anyone lecture you? Its hard trying to feed a kid that wont eat!
My daughter takes an hour to eat breakfast and shes gotta get to the bus early and therefore does not have time to eat a full bowl of cereal. she is older so the rule is if she doesnt finish her cereal I put it in a bag for her and instead of giving her two snacks, I give her only once snack and in the morning by recess she has to eat her cereal.
