Looking for ideas for a gift for a niece's bat mitzvah. I could give her cash but wanted to buy her something special from me.

what's your relationship like with your niece... is there anything you guys really like doing together, think of that, and get her something related... like say you really like hiking together (first idea popped into my head) get her some nice hiking clothes, or gear... or is there something you know she really wants but wouldn't buy for herself... that's the best present you can really get someone....

I just had this situation and everything we came up with she had.
Sneakers, kipling briefcase, pencil case, wallet and shoulder bag.
Machzorim, siddur and tehillim.
It was so hard to think of something so I ended up getting her a really cute limited edition Revlon Hair Straightener. It was pink glittery and flowers. Might not have been the best but she loved it.
I don't know if you want to go for something more Jewish like a book or siddur etc or something like an accesory.
Perhaps the aneini (she may be a bit young but she will appreciate it in a couple years). Or a voucher to claires, double header or something like that.
A pocket siddur.
Charm bracelet
Charms for a charm bracelet she has
Eichlers voucher.
Personalized sweater, bag or wash bag.
A cute make up starter kit (if shes into that kind of stuff at this age).
