Has anyone read either the first or the second book by that title? Has anyone benefited from it?

I'd like to know why he calls himself a Doctor? In which field does he have a doctorate degree? I could not find a csw license on him and neither a psychology license. Is this guy legit or simply calling himself a doc ?

I don't know him from Adam, but a simple "Google"ing revealed the answer:
Dr. Meir Wikler earned his masters and doctoral degrees from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work
