I don't want to bread, coat or fry. One step yummy chicken recipe please?

Any sauce that you would pour over bone-in chicken works with chicken cutlets too, just bake them in the oven for less time so they don't dry out.

Here's a family favorite:

Honey Garlic Chicken

1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 Tblsp brown sugar
garlic powder to taste

It is somewhat sweet, but we like it that way. Smile

If you prefer a savory dish, try chicken marsala or chicken piccata or tuscan chicken.
