If the realtor had something to tell you should would call you - so if someone had an offer or if she was getting feedback from potential buyers that the house was not priced well, she would definitely contact you. That being said I do think that you should be able to reach her and that she should have the courtesy to call you back if you reach out to her.
Regarding the clean-up - the house should be immaculate! It may help you to put some stuff in storage - in your garage or car trunk during this period when you are trying to sell. So maybe box up some toys - you know the ones with a million pieces that you are constantly picking up to make the effort easier when buyers come.
