I have this amazing cookbook called Sane and Sound. It has lists of what to do with a count down of when to do what, as well as lists of things to buy. I love the divrei Torahs that are a bonus. O h yes! The recipes are fabulous!! Also a list of menus for the week leading UP TO PESACH. I photocopied the lists to keep them chumetz free to refer to all year long. As well, I have a file/book of things I have on hand, what worked, what did not, what needs to be replaced. I think Pesach all year round. Right now I have started to clean my own personal spaces (ie hidden chocolate stashes etc). I love all the holidays, bt pesach is one of my faves.

I may actually buy that this year. I'm not planning on spending much for pesach this year. going away for everything other than shabbos and I'm doing paper for that, etc. usually I transform my whole kitchen. this year I am throwing on silver foil on my counters, putting a pile of paper plates and cups on the counts, taking out the necessary frying pans and that's it.

Because of the lack of spending this year I may decide to spend the money on this cookbook/organizer
