which areas are mostly frum/more yeshivish areas in monsey.
I am looking for a less materialistic place, and ideally if there is a nice rav too.
Is there any place like that in monsey?

Why don't you look into Prestige on Elm Street? Condos are approx 369k, and the crowd is about 50% yeshivish and 50% chasidish. It's not likely to become very materialistic because people who bought there are not very well off. Lots of apartments are rented to kollel families. There's a shul (chasidish, though the congregants are both chasidish and yeshivish...) in back of the development, and another one being built on the corner. I understand there's a very litvish minyan approx a 10 minute walk away.

If you are looking for a house, maybe chestnut ridge.
There is the "Birds" area, the 45, new area near the boarder of NJ - off the 45. The Birds is more establishes, and walking distance to Dykras, which has a very yeshivish kollel/shul. The other areas are young families, yeshivish and mix crowd.
