An elementary school that is open-minded, thinks out of the box, not rigid, flexible to work with the parent/child to cater to each child's learning style.

A Bais Yaakov hashkafah

Preferably in New York

Any ideas?

What do you mean by "open-minded, thinks out of the box"? Can you give examples of what you are looking for?

for example, a (boys) school might let a kid who can't sit for long to stand behind a shtender,
or a teacher who teaches the same lesson 5 different ways to cover varied learning styles,
or a teacher that would give extra attention to a student that needs it,
or accepting a homework done correctly but different than "standard procedure",
or teachers who aren't "stuck on ceremony",
nor force medication
who engage the kids and make it exciting to learn...

the list goes on...
