What genre does she enjoy? Jewish? Historical? Fantasy? Mystery?

When you say she's read "most" of the classics ... this is a list of about 900 "classics" -- modern or otherwise:

Not historical, but for pretty clean but good reading I would suggest:
A Series of Unfortunate Events (Lemony Snicket)
Artemis Fowl (series)
The Avner Gold books are historical and quite educational.
Would she appreciate the Marcus Lehman books? They're harder reading, but if she is voracious, she'll enjoy them.
Not sure why I can't think of more now- maybe I was more of a fantasy addict .

Oooh, my favorite genre. Is there anything in particular (topics, etc.) that you object to her reading? Can you give an example of something she's read recently and really liked? Any historical eras or places she's interested in?
To start though, here's a list of clean YA historical fiction. If she's a really big reader she'll probably get through most of them fairly quickly, but it's a starting point.
-Out of Many Waters and One Foot Ashore by Jacqueline Dembar Greene
-Escape from Warsaw by Ian Seraillier
-Outlaws of Sherwood by Robin McKinley
-Angel on the Square by Gloria Whelan
-The Cure and The Return by Sonia Levitin
-Anna of Byzantium by Tracy Barrett
-Shadow Spinner by Susan Fletcher
-Daughter of Venice by Donna Jo Napoli (plus a lot of her other books)
And here are a few that I haven't read yet and so cannot 100% vouch for the contents, but are popular now:
-Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein
-Orphan Train by Christine Baker Kline
