Hi, I'm making my first Bar Mitzvah in Brooklyn and would love help on where to get invitations (not expensive).
Centerpieces I don't have a clue!!!!!!!!
Shtick for the boys where do I buy???
music one man band people were happy with?
and what else do I need in general???

I'm not in Brooklyn so can't help out on specific recommendations, but some additional thoughts.
- bentchers
- kippot
- someone to take photos
We're opting for DIY centre pieces. For kids tables I got acrylic chubby cylinder containers
which I'm filling with jelly beans in different colours in layers.
Did you sort out who's gettling aliyot (orders) and who's giving drasha/speech?

sounds exciting ...
start baking things & freezing them for the guests you have hanging around the house that shabbos ...
plan menus for friday night, the kiddush, and sunday brunch
you can save on printing costs for the bentchers if you order the laminated pocket size & print his name date, etc on those clear address labels you put on invitation envelopes
