I need video editing software for work. What do you recommend? Willing to spend up to $100. I tried Windows Movie Maker and the software which came with the video camera. Both are pretty basic. I was able to make a title page with Windows Movie Maker but I was not able to combine it with an AVCHD video. And windows movie maker only saves it as WMF.

I know this is an old thread but I too am looking for video editing software for my job. What is good and not too cmplicated to teach myself? I have been using Animot but I need a little more flexibility.
